One of Zadar’s most charming districts is introducing its very own pre-Christmas gathering this year. On Saturdays, 6 and 20 December 2025, from 10 AM to 1 PM, the Garden of Our Lady of Health will transform into a warm Advent corner for the Festive Picnic in Kampo Kaštelo.
This new initiative by local restaurateurs and craftsmen, organized in cooperation with the City of Zadar, the Zadar Tourist Board and the Craftsmen Association of Zadar, aims to revive the spirit of community and create a new neighborhood tradition. Visitors can enjoy complimentary holiday treats and warm drinks prepared by Hotel Almayer, Morita, Corte and Konoba Primavera, while children take part in fun creative workshops. Local DJs will round off the atmosphere with a selection of Christmas hits.
