The celebration of Victory Day on August 5th will be marked with a special musical evening in Petrčane. Under the clear sky of the Zadar Riviera, one of the most influential and award-winning Dalmatian groups, the klapa Cambi, will perform.
Since their beginnings in Kaštel Kambelovac forty years ago, Cambi has established themselves at the very top of Croatian music. They are the proud owners of ten Porin awards and five-time winners of the prestigious festival in Omiš, and they also made history as the only klapa to hold a solo concert at a sold-out Poljud stadium in front of 15,000 people. Recognizable by their masterful blend of original klapa songs and contemporary sound, they are equally convincing in traditional tunes and covers of pop-rock classics.
For the concert in Petrčane, they have prepared a repertoire where the audience can sing along to their greatest hits such as “Ne more mi bit”, “Kriva karta”, “Popucale rebatine” and the inevitable “Od zipke do križa”.
We invite all locals, guests, and visitors to the Zadar region to join us on August 5th and enjoy vocal masterpieces that celebrate true Dalmatian emotion in a relaxed atmosphere.
