Experience a magical evening of music at the historic Roman Forum in Zadar! To mark Victory and Homeland Thanksgiving Day and Croatian Veterans Day, a special ceremonial concert titled “Arbanasi od srca pjesmom” (Arbanasi Sings from the Heart) will take place.
This unique event also commemorates the 300th anniversary of the arrival of the Arbanasi community in Zadar, celebrating their rich cultural heritage.
The stage will feature a spectacular lineup of beloved Zadar performers, including Đani Maršan, Bepo Matešić, Zoran Jelenković, Albino Pino Kotlar, Vili Kalmeta, Krešimir Perović, and many more. You will also be enchanted by the traditional harmonies of several klapa groups such as Arbanasi, Donat, Diadora, and Munita, accompanied by the Rokatansky Band.
Prepare to be swept away by an evening filled with well-known songs from Arbanasi, Zadar, and Dalmatia, from “Arbanasi, misto moje” to “Zadar u mom srcu”. The concert will culminate in a grand finale where all performers will join together to sing the beloved anthem “Bože blagoslovi Zadar” (God Bless Zadar).
