The second evening of “Silba Days 2026” brings together tradition and contemporary music. The program will open with members of the Original Folklore Group of Silba, performing authentic dances and songs of the island while preserving the valuable cultural heritage passed down through generations of Silba families.
This year’s performance is dedicated to the memory of the group’s longtime artistic director Matilda Sindičić, whose devoted work left a lasting mark on the preservation and transmission of Silba’s traditions. Through dance, song, and traditional costumes, visitors will experience a unique part of the island’s identity that continues to be carefully safeguarded and passed on to future generations.
Following the folklore program, the evening continues in a more relaxed rhythm with Music Kitchen, the musical project of Andro Babić. His recognizable selection of funky, soul, disco, and house rhythms will blend tradition and modernity, creating a unique summer atmosphere under the open sky.
